You can undress to your level of comfort. Most people choose to fully undress, but you can leave your underwear on if you prefer. You’ll be covered with a sheet and blanket during the massage, and your therapist will only uncover the area being worked on.

No, you don’t have to talk during the massage. Your therapist will check in with you about pressure and comfort, but otherwise, you can relax and enjoy the quiet. If you prefer to talk, that’s okay too.

Yes, you can request a male or female therapist when booking your appointment. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preference, subject to availability.
