By purchasing a massage package at Yu Zu Tang, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Package Purchase and Redemption
   
   1. All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
   2. Packages must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
   3. Package sessions must be used within the specified time frame, which begins on the date of purchase.
   4. Unused sessions will expire after the specified time frame and cannot be refunded or extended.
   5. Package sessions may be redeemed by the purchaser only, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
2. Booking and Cancellation Policy
   
   1. Package sessions are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
   2. Clients are responsible for scheduling their package sessions and must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
   3. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of one package session.
   4. Yu Zu Tang reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case the client will be notified promptly, and no package session will be deducted.
3. Service Modifications
   
   1. The specific services included in each package are subject to change without notice.
   2. Yu Zu Tang reserves the right to substitute services of equal or greater value if necessary.
   3. Clients may upgrade their package sessions for an additional fee, subject to availability.
4. Client Responsibility
   
   1. Clients must inform their massage therapist of any health conditions, allergies, or specific concerns prior to each session.
   2. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information to Yu Zu Tang.
   3. Clients must conduct themselves in a respectful manner and adhere to all Yu Zu Tang policies and procedures.
5. Liability Waiver
   
   1. By purchasing and redeeming a package, clients acknowledge that massage therapy may involve physical contact and carry inherent risks.
   2. Clients agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which they may incur as a result of participating in any massage therapy sessions.
   3. Yu Zu Tang and its therapists are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of package services.
6. Termination
   
   1. Yu Zu Tang reserves the right to terminate a client’s package without refund if the client violates any of these terms and conditions or engages in inappropriate or abusive behavior.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
   
   1. Yu Zu Tang may update these terms and conditions for packages at any time without prior notice.
   2. Clients are responsible for reviewing the most current version of the terms and conditions, which will be available on the Yu Zu Tang website.
